These courses are designed in a way that it suits all levels of kitesurfing including beginners, intermediates and advanced Kitesurfers. During any of the programs, we start with simple exercises and progress over time (as with your kitesurfing). Each week the exercises increase intensity and complexity.
As you progress throughout these programs, you will experience improvements to your physical ability out on the water within the first 4 weeks. Your sessions should continue to improve as your Kitesurffitness programming evolves.
Beginner:
As a beginner, a lot of movements that you are struggling with should become easier. You will soon be able to progress much faster from your first time riding upwind to your very first tricks. This is because you start to build a new foundation for your body. From this foundation your body is prepared for the intense forces experienced during your kitesurfing sessions. Ultimately, increasing the strength of your muscles, your flexibility and overall endurance.

Intermediate and Advanced:
As a more advanced kitesurfer, you will be able to execute more complex tricks easier than before. This is because you will have trained your body for specific explosive movements and are more prepared for impact and landings. As well as increasing the strength of your muscles, your flexibility and overall endurance.

Additionally, a lot of the exercises that I created for this program also stimulate the neurological pathways of your brain, meaning the execution of those exercises are similar to many kitesurfing moves and thus prepare your body-brain connection to be able to execute them in a better way. All in all with this program you can have a lot of more fun on the water during your kite session and have experiences that you never thought were possible!
You can start right away!
I designed the program so in the first 4 weeks, all exercises are to be executed using only your own body weight. In the meantime, you have enough time to purchase the only piece of equipment that you will need, which is a sling trainer / TRX straps. Other programs use many different pieces of equipment, but this is really the only thing you will need to complete the entire Masterclass program (i.e. from weeks 5 - 16).
The 16 week masterclass program is a premium product where I will guide you in real time through every workout. This is the equivalent to 56 hours of dedicated personal training which if you run the math is very expensive (one-on-one this would cost you over €10.000 or over €2000 in a live group training).
For those who are not ready to invest in kitesurfing/fitness mastery (the full program). I have created an entry level program at an affordable price that will still generate results and get you on the pathway to mastering progression.
In addition to the training, you will get access to our exclusive FB group, access to regular live group calls with me to talk about your questions regarding the program / your progress. This is as close to personal kitesurf coaching as you can get at a fraction of the price.

This really depends on the individuals goals, and the individuals skill and physical ability. Let me explain...
The effect that new gear has on your kitesurfing experience is completely different than what completing this program will do for you. You might be a beginner kitesurfer, with the best equipment, in the best location for a whole week but spend the majority of your time in recovery and exhaustion from performing completely new movements. When you follow my programs you will be better equipped to maximise your learning time on the water and make use of your new equipment.
Or, perhaps you are an advanced kitesurfer, but your progression has halted for some reason. Is it the equipment? (Perhaps). Is it because of the location? (doubtful). Generally speaking, there might be some crucial elements missing from your skill repertoire, something that you will identify as you progress through this training.
For the dead keen kitesurfers! We have all been there before where it has been off season for a little while, our fitness level drops, we book a kitesurf holiday and it takes just one session of kiteloops and our body is aching! I don't know about you but I would rather be the person kiting all day every day on my next kitesurfing holiday. This course will ensure this person is you!

General fitness programs give you exactly that: a program for general fitness.
Gym training exercises might be unnecessary for kitesurfers, (e.g. workouts for body building). In the same time, they lack a lot of the exercises a kitesurfer needs for progression (e.g. eccentric strength in your leg muscles for when you land jumps and/or developing neuromuscular control for rotations).
I have already developed many different fitness and health program and have tested many different kinds of workouts, and now I can really give you the best combination of all of these 3 important factors: improving your kitesurfing skills and tricks, preventing the most common kitesurfing injuries, and increasing your session time out on the water.
